Ely spent her childhood moving around the Pacific Northwest but has now settled in Albany, Oregon, with her husband, two dogs, and their cat. In her free time, she enjoys afternoons on the golf course and walking with her dogs and husband—though winter strolls are less her style. Ely firmly believes in continuous development and values learning from every opportunity, a mindset that has shaped her professional journey.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oregon State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree from Pennsylvania State University. Like many, Ely’s career path took an unexpected yet fulfilling turn when she found her place in the dynamic world of contact centers.

Since 2022, Ely has served as the Contact Center Manager at Central Willamette Credit Union. During her time at CWCU, she has worked to enhance both member and employee experiences, all while championing the credit union philosophy of "people helping people."
