Michael Noriega was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. With a strong passion for learning and development, Michael is dedicated to helping individuals grow both professionally and personally. His career journey reflects this commitment, as he works to enhance his expertise in shaping the development of employees at all levels.

Michael joined Columbia Credit Union in August of 2018. With over 6 years of experience in the credit union industry, Michael has held various roles, including teller, roving teller, contact center specialist, and now, Learning & Development Specialist. In this current role, he thrives in helping others reach their potential, and finds true fulfillment in guiding people towards success.

Outside of his professional life, Michael enjoys quality time with his family and friends. He’s known for his competitive spirit at game nights and has an adventurous side that leads him to the rapids during his white-water rafting trips when the weather allows.
