Tayler is a lifelong Pacific Northwesterner and has been a proud member of iQ Credit Union since she was just three months old. Her professional journey with iQ Credit Union began nearly five years ago as a teller, following her graduation with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Washington State University Vancouver. She quickly advanced to become a loan officer in the Lending Contact Center and has steadily climbed the ranks to her current position as an Assistant Manager, overseeing remote consumer lending and account services.
Tayler’s passion for the credit union industry led her to attend several YCUP PDX events. Inspired by the mission of “people helping people,” she recently joined YCUP as a board member to support the professional development of young credit union professionals. Through her role, she aims to foster a collaborative environment where young professionals can thrive and contribute to the growth of the credit union movement. Tayler believes in the power of mentorship and networking, and she is dedicated to creating opportunities for young professionals to learn, grow, and make meaningful connections within the industry. She is committed to promoting financial literacy and empowering the next generation of credit union leaders to drive positive change in their communities.
In her personal life, Tayler is an avid skier in the winter, a camper in the summer, and enjoys playing recreational coed indoor soccer year-round with friends and family. She never passes up an opportunity to explore the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Whether it’s hiking in the mountains, kayaking on the lakes, or simply enjoying the scenic landscapes with friends, family, and her golden retriever Boba, Tayler embraces every chance to appreciate the outdoors.
